Sending your first RFP through Launchpad

• Step 1: Create the RFP
• Step 2: Select the hotels 
• Step 3: Send the RFP and start the negotiations!
  

Step 1: Create the RFP

You will have to go to your "RFP" dashboard, and click on the button "Create RFP". This button gives you the possibility to either create a new RFP from scratch or duplicate an existing RFP. 

Right after selecting the button, you will be redirected to the page where you will create your RFP. You need to send the RFP as complete as possible! The more information you include, the quicker you will receive a response from the hotels!

Once you complete all the details, you will be able to save the RFP as a draft, restore the field values, or save and continue to hotel selection. 

Step 2: Hotel Selection

Right after you have set all your RFP parameters, you will be able to select the hotels that you want to send the RFP to: 

After you select the hotels you want, by using the check box to the left of you will be able to send them the RFP by clicking on the "Assign to RFP NAME" button.

Step 3: Send the RFP and Start Negotiating! 

After assigning the hotels to the RFP, you will be able to send the RFPs. Once you have done so, your RFPs will show on your "MY RFPs" dashboard, and the status of the RFP will be send! 

Now, it's the hotel's turn to work on your RFP! You should receive a bid from them shortly! STAY TUNED!
