How to Mark an RFP as Completed

Modified on Mon, 21 Sep at 2:58 PM

If you no longer need an RFP, you can easily mark it as completed in Launchpad. Closing an RFP keeps communication clear, lets hotel partners know the sourcing process has ended, and helps keep your dashboard organized.

To close an RFP:

  1. Go to your RFP Dashboard and find the RFP you’d like to close.
  2. Click the three dots next to the RFP.
  3. Select “Mark as Completed.”

Why should I close an RFP?

Closing an RFP helps:

  • Keep hotels informed that the sourcing process has ended.
  • Prevent unnecessary inventory holds.
  • Keep your RFP dashboard organized.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
