How can I create a user?

To add a contact, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Users button on the left menu.
  2. Select Add User to create a new contact. You can choose from NSO, Lead Catcher, Internal, or Admin roles.
  3. Enter the Name and email of the contact, then assign their role.
    • Note: Hotel contacts must be added by their hotel directly.
  4. Once added, you can filter contacts by role or by Active/inactive status.
    • Inactive means the user has not yet activated their account.
    • To help them activate it, send a link using the provided icon under the Inactive section.

For NSOs, take these extra steps to assign them to the correct hotel chain:

  1. Click Hotels > Chain on the left menu.
  2. Select the correct chain and click the pencil icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Manager section and add the NSO as the point of contact.
  4. Click Save to confirm.

You can view the list of chains, the number of hotels, and the NSOs assigned to each under the Chain section.
