How do I bulk upload hotel contacts to Launchpad?

1. Create a Spreadsheet:

   • Use Excel or Google Sheets to create a spreadsheet.

   • Include the following columns:

     • Hotel Name

     • Hotel Chain (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, or "Independent" if applicable)

     • Hotel Street Address

     • City

     • Country

     • State

     • Zip Code

     • Point of Contact Name

     • Point of Contact Email

2. Save the Spreadsheet as a .CSV File:

   • Once the document is complete, convert it into a ".csv" file format. This format is required for bulk uploading.

   • You can also download a sample file on Crewfare Launchpad, as the hotels will need to be uploaded exactly how it is shown on this sheet (Hotels (Left Bar Menu) > All > Add Hotels > File Import > Download Sample File).

3. Upload to Launchpad:

   • On Crewfare Launchpad, click Hotels > All from the left menu bar.

   • Select Add Hotels > File Import > Select File.

   • Choose the correct .CSV file to upload.

4. Review and Confirm:

   • After uploading, you will be directed to a loading page.

   • Review the listed hotels to ensure all information is correct.

   • Click Add Hotels if everything looks correct.

   • The upload progress will be shown with green highlights.

5. Complete the Upload:

   • Once the process is complete, you will be prompted to close the screen.
