How do I add/remove a contact from a hotel?

You can add or remove a contact in some ways, please see below:

  1. Go to the specific RFP the hotel is linked to, find the hotel then click the pencil icon by the sales contacts. You can delete it if the point of contact no longer works with the property or click “+ Contact” to add contact.

  2. Go to the hotel you want to edit by using the “Hotel” tab on the left menu bar > Search Hotel” then remove or add a contact

  3. If the contact no longer exists at all, you can go to “Users” on the left menu bar, search for the sales manager's name or email, and remove their access entirely. This point of contact will be removed from all hotels they are linked to.
