Commission eligibility depends on your Launchpad account type:
- Free Plan: Commission collection is not available.
- Enterprise: Commission collection is available for users with a valid IATA number linked to their account.
If you’re an Enterprise user with an IATA number, you can collect commissions on eligible hotel contracts made through Launchpad. If you’re unsure whether your account is set up for commission collection, reach out to launchpad@crewfare.com and our team will be happy to help!
